Halloween season has come to a close, which means that Christmas time is just around the corner. Have you started on your holiday shopping yet? Before holiday decorations take over, there is still plenty to do in Vancouver during the month of November 2017. Here is our list of 10 great events to check out this month!

Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival

On November 3rd and 4th, kick off the month with a good time at the Coquitlam Craft Beer Festival! With beer from over 40 BC Breweries and delicious food pairings, this will be an event to remember. Check out more information and grab tickets (while you can!)

West Vancouver Community Centre Fall Artisan Market

On November 4th and 5th, have fun shopping at the Fall Artisan Market (formerly known as the Craft Market). Find out more information about opening hours and more.

Garden Light Festival

On November 8th and 9th, head out to Bear Creek Park in Surrey for an amazing display of lights, as well as other fun activities! Check out all the details, here.

Rotary Book Sale | North Vancouver’s Rotary Club of Lion’s Gate

From November 3rd until the 11th, head over to Capilano Mall for the Rotary Book Sale. Books are priced at #2 each. Bring cash, as it is the only form of payment accepted. For more information check out this webpage.

Remembrance Day

On November 11th, attend one of the many ceremonies and parades taking place to honour our veterans and active soldiers for Remembrance Day. Check out this list of events taking place throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

TEDxVancouver

Lights of Hope

On the evening of November 16th, gather on Burrard Street to experience a fantastic display of fireworks at St. Paul’s, as well as the turn-on of the massive Lights of Hope display of over 100,000 light bulbs. Learn more about this event.

Louis Riel Day

On November 18th, come out to Fort Langley to join with several Métis organizations who will be presenting Louis Riel Day. The day will be packed with Métis cultural activities, including finger weaving, jigging, and archery. Check out more information.

Hopscotch Festival

Heritage Christmas
