Canyon Lights

Canyon Lights is open from November 23 until January 28, 2017. The Capilano Suspension Bridge is decorated with thousands of sparkling lights and is a must-see holiday attraction. Tickets include admission to the park, gingerbread cookie decorating, card writing, carols, and claims to have the world’s largest living Christmas tree.

Peak of Christmas

Enjoy the sights of Blue Grouse Lake lit by breathtaking light installations, skate on the 8,000 sq.ft. mountaintop skating pond or watch a movie on Grouse Mountain. The Peak of Christmas opens on November 24 and will be open until January 7, 2018.

Glow Christmas

Glow Christmas brings holiday magic to the Fraser Valley this holiday season. Glow is a crafted and curated Christmas event for the entire family to enjoy. Go explore the four Christmas-themed light gardens, take a stroll through the musical light tunnel, and witness the glow of over 500,000 lights. Buy tickets, here.

Lights at Lafarge Lake

The Lights at Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam will be switched on Saturday, November 25, and will remain on until January 21, 2018. You can expect to see stunning light displays and multiple themed zones from 4:30 PM until 11:00 PM every night. Visit the City of Coquitlam website for more information about this attraction.

Bright Nights

Bright Nights in Stanley Park celebrates 20 years, this year. Come for a ride on the Bright Nights Christmas Train and witness the sparkles of three million twinkling lights. Donations from this attraction go to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. Visit the City of Vancouver website for more information.

Festival of Lights

This year, the Festival of Lights at VanDusen Botanical Garden opens on December 1 and is open until January 7, 2018. Come walk around and enjoy the over one million lights decorating the garden. Robson Square Skating

The Robson Square outdoor ice rink will open on December 1. Celebrate winter with free ice skating in the heart of downtown Vancouver. They have you covered with the option to rent ice skates. Click here for more information.
